  • Vinyl Rider Clips (2) (E)
  • Metal Post Stake (F)
  • Hanger Sets (G)
    • Insert

Installation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Post:
    Insert the Metal Post Stake (F) into the ground. Ensure it is secure and level.

  2. Attach the Vinyl Post:
    Slide the 4 x 4” Vinyl Post (A) over the Metal Post Stake until it reaches the ground.

  3. Assemble the Arm:
    Attach the 2” x 3.5” Vinyl Arm (B) to the top of the Vinyl Post using the provided screws. Make sure it is securely fastened.

  4. Add End Caps and Cap:
    Place the Vinyl End Caps (D) on both ends of the Vinyl Arm.
    Attach the 4” Vinyl Gothic Cap (C) to the top of the Vinyl Post.

  5. Attach the Hanging Hardware:
    Screw the Eye Screws (G) into the Vinyl Arm at the pre-drilled holes.
    Attach the S Hooks (G) to the Eye Screws.

  6. Hang the Sign:
    Use the Vinyl Rider Clips (E) to attach your real estate sign to the S Hooks.
    Ensure the sign hangs level and secure.

  7. Secure Additional Hardware:
    Use any additional screws and caps included in the hardware package to secure the assembly further if needed.
